Zusammenfassung

Deltafunc is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal Department, focusing on iGaming, contracts and IP, with hands-on drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements for online casino operations. The role requires supporting international business, handling IP ownership, licensing, trademarks, and compliance across jurisdictions, and maintaining contract templates and processes.

Qualifikationen

Degree in Law.
3+ years of legal experience, including 1–2 years in iGaming/online casino.
Strong knowledge of contract law, IP law, and international agreements.
Practical experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements with platform providers, game studios, software vendors, affiliates.
Fluent or advanced English for legal documentation and negotiations.

Aufgaben

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for online casino/iGaming operations.
Support IP matters including trademarks, copyrights, and software licensing; IP ownership and protection.
Review licensing rights, IP assignments, confidentiality, and usage restrictions.
Identify contractual/IP risks and propose practical solutions.
Provide corporate legal support for international entities and regulatory matters.
