Job summary

Dümmen Orange is seeking a paralegal to support the legal department in managing international contracts and the company’s IP portfolio. The role focuses on registrations, renewals, and contract administration in a fast-paced global environment.

You will work closely with Legal Counsels, handling Legisway filings and cross-border inquiries while maintaining precise records and compliance across jurisdictions. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.

Qualifications

• HBO degree in law.
• Several years of paralegal experience, preferably in a multinational.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP registrations and renewals (plant breeders’ rights and trademarks).
• Manage contracts worldwide and file in Legisway.
• Provide legal support and advice on admin queries from colleagues worldwide.
