Job summary

TecAlliance, a global data‑as‑a‑service provider in the automotive aftermarket, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to support multiple business units across international markets. You will lead contract drafting, handle risk and compliance, manage disputes, and coordinate external counsel while protecting TecAlliance's IP and data assets.

The role requires a law degree (LL.M. or equivalent), proven experience in commercial, IT, IP/trademark and competition law, and strong negotiation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree in Law (LL.M., State Examination, or equivalent legal qualification).
• Proven experience in commercial legal matters within an international and technology-driven business environment.
• Strong expertise in Contract, IT, Intellectual Property, Trademark, and Competition Law.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex legal topics into practical guidance.
• A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style.
• Fluency in English; German language skills and additional certifications in Intellectual Property or Contract Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Legal Business Partner for business stakeholders across the organization.
• Contract drafting & negotiation of commercial agreements and documents.
• Risk management & compliance, regulatory adherence.
• Claims & dispute resolution, representing the company when needed.
• External counsel management for complex cases.
• Contract & IP governance, maintaining documentation and terms.
• Cross-functional collaboration to support negotiations and provide legal guidance.
