Job summary

Mitek is seeking an Associate Agent to work virtually from a home office in the Netherlands. You will review Proof of Identity (POI) documents and real-time images, assess legitimacy, and accurately enter data into our systems under strict SLAs.

The role requires attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have strong IT literacy, quick and accurate typing, and the ability to meet targets while adapting to procedural updates.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy and data-entry accuracy are essential.
• Ability to meet performance targets and SLA requirements.
• Willingness to adapt to frequent policy updates and procedures.
• Clean criminal record and clean credit history (no CCJs).
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and provide three references.

Responsibilities

• Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy.
• Quality-assess images captured by customers.
• Assess whether documents are authentic or fraudulent.
• Verify accuracy of information already in the system.
• Extract document data and input into the system.
• Classify document types and identify key security features.
