Mitek in Amsterdam is seeking an Associate Agent on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to review Proof of Identity documents and real‑time images, assess legitimacy, and input data accurately.

You will work from a home office or in‑person, with rotating 8‑hour shifts including nights; training in Amsterdam during the first weeks. The role emphasizes meticulous accuracy, meeting SLAs, and a collaborative, learning‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong IT literacy
• Able to type accurately
• Able to work toward targets and performance metrics
• Willing to adapt to frequent procedural updates
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands (NL)
• Three references (employment or academic)
• Avaiability to come to the office in Amsterdam for onboarding training

Responsibilities

• Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy
• Quality-assess images captured by the customer
• Assess whether the document is authentic/fraudulent
• Check the accuracy of information already in the system
• Extract document data and input into the system
• Classify document types
• Identify key document security features
