Us3 Ltd is seeking a part-time Fraud Support Associate in the Netherlands. You will support fraud monitoring teams, process alerts, and handle customer calls related to fraud cases from a remote setup with monthly Utrecht office visits.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, professional communication on sensitive matters, and collaboration with analysts to advance investigations.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent Dutch written and spoken.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Availability for 16 hours per week, including at least one evening and one weekend day.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Interest in fraud investigation, fraud prevention or financial crime.
• Willingness to work remotely with office attendance in Utrecht approximately once per month.
