Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced group creative directors to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations for client and executive audiences across core workflows.

Fully remote with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start. Candidates should have 6+ years directing creative work at top agencies or in‑house studios and a strong portfolio, plus expert PowerPoint craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a creative or art director at a recognized agency or in‑house studio.
• Portfolio of creative presentations that sold work to clients or executives.
• Expert‑level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: creative presentation decks, concept boards, campaign narrative presentations, design rationale slides, and visual storytelling for client and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with the AI lab team to improve training materials and presentation quality.
• Present design rationale and outcomes to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
