Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced brand strategy directors to help train our language model on professional presentation tasks. This fully remote role requires 4+ years at a leading brand, agency, or CPG company and a portfolio of presentation work.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows such as brand strategy decks and campaign rationale slides. The role offers $70/hour for 5–20 hours per week, with ASAP start and flexible commitment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in brand strategy or brand management at a leading company or agency.
• Portfolio of brand strategy presentations that shaped real campaigns or launches.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: brand strategy decks, positioning and architecture presentations, campaign creative rationale slides, brand tracking readouts, and annual brand plan presentations.
