Job summary

Nebius is seeking a System Engineer for Token Factory to design and optimize low-level AI inference kernels and runtime components. This remote Europe role collaborates with ML and backend teams to scale GPU workloads, profile and debug performance, and integrate new hardware architectures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient end-to-end execution across multiple hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C++ and GPU programming, focusing on low-level high-performance coding and memory management.
• Experience in GPU programming or systems-level software development (OS internals, kernel modules, device drivers).
• Hands-on profiling and debugging to optimize CPU/GPU performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize low-level kernels and runtime components for AI inference.
• Improve performance of inference engines on GPU platforms.
• Profile and debug system- and hardware-level performance issues.
• Integrate support for new hardware architectures (Hopper, Blackwell, Rubin).
• Collaborate with ML and backend teams to optimize end-to-end execution.
