Lever, Inc. is seeking a freelance 2D UI Artist to craft high-quality icons and small UI assets for upcoming games. You will span the full production pipeline from concept to engine integration, ensuring readability at small sizes and cohesive visual language across interfaces.

You will work remotely within an international team, collaborating with UX, game design, and UI leadership, and contributing to the technical implementation in Unreal Engine 5.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional experience as a 2D Artist or UI Artist.
• Proficient in digital painting and iconography for games.
• Experience designing assets that read at small UI sizes.

Aufgaben

• Design and render high-quality 2D game icons and small props.
• Lead the full production pipeline from concepts to production-ready assets.
• Maintain visual hierarchy and consistency across UI assets.
• Follow art direction, color palettes, and style references.
• Export, optimize, and prepare assets for Unreal Engine 5.
• Collaborate with UX, game design, and UI teams, iterating based on feedback.
• Implement assets in Unreal Engine 5 and ensure performance considerations.
