Staffworx is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build and run production AI systems from a Netherlands base. You will lead a small, senior delivery team in a consultancy setting with enterprise clients across sectors, delivering production-ready AI solutions with safety, observability and governance from day one.

This role is remote-first in the Netherlands with Amsterdam office days; you will shape architecture, drive patterns, and contribute to reusable templates while

Formación

• 6–8+ years in software or AI engineering
• Hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, RAG and vector stores
• Experience building multi-agent systems and orchestration
• Strong Python production workflows
• Experience with at least one cloud AI ecosystem
• Knowledge modelling with ontologies or knowledge graphs

Responsabilidades

• Design and build LLM applications using orchestration patterns and evaluation loops
• Develop multi-agent systems with planning, tool use, safety constraints and monitoring
• Create retrieval pipelines (embeddings, vector stores, RAG) and semantic search
• Shape engineering standards and reusable patterns for the team
• Collaborate with consultants to translate business needs into working prototypes
