Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Program Manager based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role managing fintech programs. You will oversee governance, budgets, roadmaps, and KPIs across multiple projects, coordinating with engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.

The role requires extensive program management experience in banking/fintech, strong governance practices, and the ability to balance innovation with regulatory obligations in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project or program management
• 5+ years delivering programs in banking/fintech
• Experience managing regulatory requirements and cross-functional teams
• Ability to establish program roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee program governance structures, including RACI matrices and steering committees
• Align multi-project portfolios with strategy and deliver measurable business value
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, budgets, milestones, and resource plans
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects with alignment across timelines and priorities
• Lead and mentor project managers and cross-functional leads across engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and compliance
