Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Netherlands who can work remotely with technical support across the central region. The role reports to the EU Central Field Service Manager and requires weekly travel within the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical, electronics and electrical fault-finding knowledge.
• Customer-focused, able to communicate and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in providing consistent, world-class services and support to customers.
• Handle assigned service inquiries, repairs, installations, maintenance and OQ schedules.
• Support fast-track scientific discoveries by enabling disease detection and therapeutics.
