The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, good mechanical skills, and be customer-focused. The job requires frequent travel within the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Industry relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience.
• Independent work ethic with issue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services.
• Manage customer service inquiries, repairs, installations.
• Support scientific discoveries in disease detection and drug discovery.
