Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Netherlands to provide on-site and remote support for our instruments across the central region.

You will travel regularly (80% travel) within the Benelux region and occasionally elsewhere, performing installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer-focused service to ensure high-quality outcomes for life sciences customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical, electronics and electrical knowledge.
• Customer-focused with ability to communicate well and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in supporting Molecular Devices world-class products for customers.
• Handle assigned service inquiries, repairs, installations, preventive maintenance and OQ schedules.
• Support customers to enable scientific discoveries through advanced disease detection and drug development.
