Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Service Engineer based in the Netherlands to deliver on-site support across the central EU region and travel extensively. You will be part of a dedicated field service team, handling installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance for high‑performance bio-analytical instruments.

This role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong mechanical/electronics skills, customer focus, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Industry relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience and knowledge of assembly level fault detection and testing (Instrument specific training will be provided).
• Applicants must be customer focussed, able to communicate well and able to work independently, taking ownership of issues from beginning to end.

• Take responsibility for assigned customer service inquiries, repairs, installations, preventative maintenance and OQ schedules.
