Job summary

Jobgether is seeking senior HR leaders for a part-time, fully remote People Operations Coach role based in the Netherlands. The opportunity targets VP/SVP/C-suite executives and focuses on one-to-one coaching across Europe, supported by ICF-certified training and a collaborative coaching community.

Coaches provide high-quality virtual coaching, set tangible goals with members, and engage between sessions via email and in-app chat, with a minimum 12+ hours per month commitment over 24 months.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience in human resources, including substantial experience managing HR teams and coaching or developing individuals.
• Current or previous experience at VP, SVP, C-suite, or equivalent senior HR leadership level.
• Experience working within technology companies, technology-adjacent businesses, high-growth organizations, or start-up environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality one-to-one coaching to members through virtual sessions using dedicated coaching platforms and tools.
• Help members establish clear professional and personal goals, define actionable steps, track progress, and maintain accountability.
• Support leaders in strengthening their leadership capabilities, communication skills, decision-making, problem-solving, and workplace relationships.
• Create a safe, empathetic environment where members feel comfortable exploring challenges and being vulnerable.
• Communicate with members between sessions through dedicated email and in-app chat when appropriate.
