Job summary

n8n is seeking a highly technical educator to anchor the Scaled Enterprise CS team, designing and leading one-to-many enablement sessions for hundreds of Enterprise customers. You’ll develop advanced workflow templates, host live office hours, and create reusable assets to unblock complex architectures and node configurations.

This IC-focused role emphasizes technical depth, scalable thinking, and strong communication to drive adoption and renewal in a remote-first, Europe-wide team.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as IC in Solutions Engineering, TAM, Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; comfortable commanding a room of 50+ engineers, developers, or ops leaders.
• Scalable mindset with a passion for turning 1:1 solutions into reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Run the technical programs: lead weekly office hours, monthly deep-dive webinars on patterns enterprise customers struggle with, and lead demos in onboarding calls.
• Own the enterprise Slack channel, act as the technical expert, triage, answer, and elevate to Product when needed.
• Help with implementation by joining activation calls and unblocking customers to self-serve.
• Partner with teams to build playbooks: reference workflows, security/governance guides, migration guides, and AI agent patterns.
• Build internal automations and health-drive tools to automate internal CS tasks.
• Drive retention by identifying fragile technical setups and intervening before renewal discussions.
• Provide a feedback loop to Product and Engineering to improve the core n8n experience.
