Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to provide technology support from Greece. The role involves helping customers with product inquiries, technical issues, orders, and after-sales requests, and includes structured training in an international environment.

The position offers competitive pay (€1,300–€1,500 gross per month), bonuses, relocation to Greece if needed, and opportunities to grow into mentoring and advanced support roles.

Qualifications

• At least C1 proficiency in Dutch.
• English level B2 minimum.
• Good computer skills and confidence using multiple tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in challenging situations.
• Previous customer service experience is not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Assist with product inquiries, technical issues, orders, and after-sales requests.
• Troubleshoot device and product issues with clear, step-by-step guidance.
• Handle complaints and escalations with empathy and a solution-focused approach.
• Coordinate with specialized teams and follow up on complex cases until resolved.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
