Job summary

Amazon CS Netherlands B.V. is hiring a Customer Service Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract for 40 hours per week, fully remote within the Netherlands. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience.

You will work varied shifts within 9am–8pm, including weekends and holidays with compensation. Training lasts nine weeks and is paid; a quiet, wired workspace and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Right to work in Netherlands
• Strong communication in Dutch and English
• Experience working with a computer
• Ability to work varying shifts Monday to Sunday within 9am–8pm
• Willingness to rotate shifts including weekends/overtime
• Full-time training for nine weeks (paid)
• Quiet dedicated workspace and wired internet connection

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat and email for Netherlands-based customers
• Navigate tools to research and resolve issues and provide solutions
• Communicate clearly and effectively to delight customers
