Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company seeks an Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible / AWX) for a fully remote role based in the Netherlands.

You will automate infrastructure lifecycles, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and develop Bash and Python scripts to remove repetitive tasks across Linux and Windows environments. This role emphasizes hands-on engineering, documentation, knowledge sharing, and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of relevant infrastructure automation experience.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python.
• Extensive hands-on Ansible and AWX expertise.
• Experience with Linux and Windows systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure lifecycles using Ansible and AWX.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop Bash and Python scripts for recurring tasks.
• Document environments, configurations, and procedures.
• Design automation and network environments for projects.
• Work across Linux/Windows, databases, and networking.
• Share knowledge and train teammates; participate in rotating shifts.
