Job summary

Fitura is seeking a seasoned infrastructure engineer in the Netherlands to design, deploy and manage a 24/7 Ansible Automation Platform service for hundreds of teams. The role involves cross-border collaboration with the Utrecht and London teams, along with ongoing automation and lifecycle management.

You will bring 5+ years in large-scale infra, strong Ansible experience, Linux/Windows administration, and expertise in security, CI/CD, IaC, OpenShift, and AD/Azure AD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large-scale, complex infra environment, preferably financial services.
• Extensive experience with Ansible Automation Platform (v2.6+).
• Strong automation mindset and ability to automate repetitive work.
• Proficient in Linux and Windows administration.
• Knowledge of security/compliance requirements for Linux/Windows.
• Experience with security tooling (CyberArk, Qualys).
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile ways of working.
• Understanding of ITIL incident, change and problem processes.
• Strong communication and English fluency.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git repositories and CI/CD pipelines.
• Profound understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Experience with containerized apps, preferably OpenShift.
• Basic knowledge of Identity & Access management (AD/Azure AD).

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and continuously improve a 24/7 Ansible Automation Platform service.
• Automate repetitive operational activities and improve efficiency and standardization.
• Manage platform lifecycle: install, upgrade, patch, migrate, backup and recover.
• Apply security and compliance mindset to automation for Linux and Windows.
• Support IT operations activities: incident, change and problem processes.
• Collaborate with international AAP team in Utrecht and London.
• Participate in standby duties and 24/7 service shifts.
• Contribute to goals to protect license to operate and drive innovation.
