Zusammenfassung

Lever, Inc. seeks a CRO Executive in the Netherlands to join a partner-led team focused on conversion rate optimization for leading Ecommerce brands. You’ll collaborate with CRO consultants, designers, and developers to translate data into practical experiments and roadmaps.

Initially supporting senior consultants, you’ll gradually own initiatives from discovery to delivery, with growth toward leading client meetings and accounts as you progress toward a CRO Consultant role.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Analytical skills to convert data into actionable steps.
• Experience with Shopify and GA4.

Aufgaben

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics and user insights.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations with potential business impact.
• Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps and initiatives.
• Lead or support A/B tests, design changes, or development tasks.
• Own initiatives from briefing through implementation and review.
• Coordinate delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings and report progress and results.
• Progress toward ownership of client accounts and roadmaps.
