Job summary

Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner in the Netherlands, seeks a CRO Executive to drive conversion rate optimization for leading Ecommerce brands. You’ll collaborate with CRO consultants, designers, developers, and clients to identify opportunities and translate insights into measurable improvements.

Initially supporting senior consultants, you’ll take ownership of defined initiatives from discovery through delivery and review.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through.
• Proactive ownership mindset with ability to identify next steps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from data observations.
• Experience working with Shopify.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce and CRO.
• Agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics, user insights, and industry analysis.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations with expected business impact.
• Help build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Determine approaches for opportunities, including A/B testing or design changes.
• Own initiatives from discovery through delivery, QA, launch and review.
• Coordinate briefs and delivery across CRO, design, and development teams.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates and follow-up actions.
• Progress toward leading client meetings and managing relationships.
• Document results and learnings to strengthen future recommendations.
