Qualifications

• 2-4+ years experience in paid social creative, media buying, or creative strategy.
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok ad formats, performance metrics, and testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performing storyboards and scripts aligned with client goals and platform best practices.
• Lead creative audits and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
