Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in Belgium or the Netherlands. This remote-based role requires monitoring oncology studies with regular travel to sites for visits, while supporting study setup and regulatory activities.

You should have a life science degree, 2+ years of CRA experience, and fluency in English and Dutch (French a plus). Domestic travel is expected; international travel may be required for some roles.

Qualifications

• Life science degree and/or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a CRA in CRO/pharma or equivalent.
• Experience managing oncology studies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at investigative sites per protocol and SOPs.
• Coordinate site setup, regulatory submissions, initiation visits, and ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
• Travel domestically up to 50–60% (international travel may be required for some roles).
