Job summary

Precision for Medicine is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in Belgium or the Netherlands. This is a remote-based position with travel to sites for morning visits, requiring oncology monitoring experience.

We seek candidates based in Belgium or the Netherlands with strong communication and organizational skills, fluent in English and Dutch. Travel up to 50-60% may be required, including occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Life science degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as CRA in CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Experience managing oncology studies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50-60% domestically and internationally.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; French a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at sites per protocol and regulations.
• Coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, etc.).
• Prepare for investigator meetings, site visits and project team updates.
• Ensure data quality and regulatory compliance throughout the study lifecycle.
