Job summary

IQVIA Netherlands is seeking a motivated Clinical Research Associate II to join our Sponsor dedicated model in the Netherlands. You will perform site monitoring visits, support recruitment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare, 18 months of on-site CRA experience, and fluency in Dutch and English with strong medical writing skills. A collaborative, cross-cultural approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare.
• Minimum of 18 months of independent, on-site monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English, including medical writing skills for reports.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional global teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits in accordance with GCP/ICH and contract scope.
• Support subject recruitment planning and track project needs.
• Administer protocol training and maintain regular communication with sites.
• Assess quality and integrity of site practices and compliance.
• Escalate quality issues and manage regulatory submissions and data queries.
• Support start-up phase as applicable and maintain TMF/ISF documentation.
• Create documentation and visit reports; collaborate with study team members.
• Contribute to site management documentation and action plans.
