Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is recruiting a Clinical Research Associate II to join our team in the Netherlands or Belgium. This is a remote-based role with travel to investigative sites for morning visits, focusing on oncology monitoring.

You will monitor studies per protocol and ICH-GCP, coordinate site regulatory submissions, pre-study visits, and initiation activities, with expected domestic travel of up to 50-60% and potential international trips.

Qualifications

• Life science degree and / or equivalent experience.
• 2 years or more as a CRA in a CRO or pharmaceutical/biotech industry or equivalent, relevant experience and/or demonstrated competencies.
• Experience managing oncology studies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites and ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators; help prepare regulatory submissions; conduct pre-study and initiation visits).
• Communicate effectively with sites, sponsors, and internal teams to mitigate risks and ensure quality outcomes.
