Lever, Inc. is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist based in the Netherlands for a fully remote role.

You will drive organic growth, elevate search visibility, and create high-quality SEO-driven content across the enterprise software portfolio, translating complex AI concepts into accessible narratives for multiple brands. In a fast-paced environment, you will conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and measure performance to fuel buyer engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in content writing, SEO, or content marketing, ideally in B2B/SaaS/tech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
• Deep understanding of core SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create SEO-optimized content across websites, blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, and emails.
• Translate technical software and AI concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Conduct keyword research using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics to identify content opportunities.
• Implement on-page SEO practices including meta tags, titles, internal links, and keyword integration.
• Monitor organic performance, track rankings and leads, and update assets to maximize conversion.
