You will create technical guides, onboard customers, lead sessions, and engage with developer communities while collaborating with engineering, product, and sales teams. Opportunities exist to grow into software or solutions engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerisation.
• Strong cloud computing and DevOps knowledge.
• Excellent written English communication for documentation and guides.
• Ability to research topics independently and translate into actionable instructions.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to relocate to a major metropolitan area if required.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical guides, tutorials, and documentation for deploying open-source projects.
• Onboard new customers and troubleshoot deployment challenges.
• Lead onboarding sessions and communicate platform capabilities.
• Research open-source projects and develop deployment guides.
• Deepen knowledge of the platform and cloud-native ecosystem.
• Support technical demonstrations during sales calls.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Engage with local developer communities and events.
• Document customer success stories and deployment patterns.
• Stay up to date with Kubernetes, containers, and DevOps trends.
