Qualifications

• Hands-on Clio experience in a legal environment.
• Experience with data annotation or RLHF is preferred.
• Current access to Clio and ability to use it independently.
• Comfort recording and sharing your screen while completing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and clear explanations of workflows.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned Clio workflows using your practical legal operations experience.
• Navigate Clio features: matters, clients, contacts, tasks, documents, calendars, time tracking, billing.
• Complete common legal practice workflows based on provided instructions.
• Create, update and manage matters, client information, tasks, documents and records in Clio.
• Record your screen while completing workflows and clearly demonstrate steps taken.
• Create realistic prompts and rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Document workflow steps and explain Clio tools, features and actions used.
• Review tasks for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
• Follow project instructions and work independently in a remote environment.
