Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of in‑house technology transactions experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide feedback.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine guidelines for AI-driven reviews.
