Tandem Diabetes Care Inc is seeking a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to promote Tandem insulin pump therapy and related services in the Netherlands. You will combine clinical expertise with sales acumen to drive product adoption among healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers in a fast-paced environment.

You will act as a trusted clinical partner, delivering education and training while traveling up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to build trust.
• Solid knowledge of diabetes care, preferably type 1 and insulin pump therapy.
• Commercial mindset with clinical insight.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage your region and achieve or exceed commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Advise and train providers and patients in insulin pump therapy and diabetes management.
• Identify new opportunities and strengthen collaborations.
• Organize and deliver product and education trainings.
• Collaborate with internal teams for optimal customer experience.
• Record activities in the CRM system and comply with regulations.
