Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a senior leader to own commercial packaging and ex-US manufacturing, partnering with CMOs and packaging partners across international markets to meet demand and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes artwork management, serialization, packaging validation, and cross-functional collaboration with Regulatory, Quality and Commercial teams while supporting launches and lifecycle changes. Remote work is available with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in commercial pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply.
• Demonstrated packaging engineering background across primary and secondary packaging.
• Hands-on ex-US manufacturing and distribution experience with CMOs and international partners.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial packaging engineering from design to steady-state supply, ensure manufacturability and compliance.
• Lead ex-US commercial manufacturing and distribution with CMOs across international markets.
• Own end-to-end artwork management and serialization/track-and-trace compliance.
• Lead packaging and process validation and change control with Quality and Regulatory.
• Manage the commercial manufacturing budget, capacity and supplier performance.
• Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Commercial and Supply Planning to support launches and lifecycle changes.
