Job summary

Dilaco NV is seeking a Cloud security architect to lead secure AWS cloud design for an international client. The role is remote with occasional travel, based in the Netherlands, and offers a contractual/temporary arrangement. Start is ASAP with a 6+ month horizon and a 40-hour week commitment.

Fluent English is required, and in-office work can be arranged if desired. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure cloud patterns, guide engineers, and ensure secure-by-design

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing complex cloud solutions for AWS secure by design.
• Experience creating reusable, scalable secure design patterns.
• Guide and coach technology teams on architecture and implementation challenges.
• Hands-on security architect with proactive cloud security.
• Excellent English communication in international context.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead guidance to technology teams on secure cloud usage.
• Engage with engineers across the organization to deliver secure solutions.
• Perform reconnaissance of current capabilities and identify improvements.
• Develop guidance and coaching for smooth implementation.
• Support and coach teams to ensure progress and adoption.
• Drive identified security improvements across cloud environments.
