Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a Security Domain Architect to design and operationalize secure IT architectures that enable business innovation while reducing risk. You will perform security architecture reviews, conduct threat-led assessments, and design end-to-end security solutions across cloud, infrastructure, and application security patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security architecture or extended IT architecture role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Certifications in architecture or security (eg. TOGAF, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC).
• EU resident or NL-based due to relocation/visa constraints.
• Strong ability to explain security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform security architecture reviews during project delivery and security solution reviews.
• Conduct threat-led architecture assessments and provide cloud/security guidance to teams.
• Design end-to-end security solutions balancing risk, compliance and efficiency.
• Assess third-party/service-provider architectures for security compliance.
• Present assessments and recommendations to governance bodies and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, security and business units to embed security into BAU.
• Optimize cost-effectiveness of security controls and architectures.
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to build security capability.
