Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to hire experienced program directors who can guide the training of their latest language model on professional presentation tasks. The role is fully remote, part-time 5–20 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling and ASAP start.

You will own steering committee cadences, craft high-quality PowerPoint decks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs and manage reporting cadences.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Coordinate steering committee materials and executive one-pagers.
