Salve.Lab is seeking an experienced AI/LLM Engineer (Model Fine-Tuning & Conversational AI) to lead hands-on training, fine-tuning and deployment of self-hosted open-weight LLMs. You will work across data preparation, evaluation, and production deployment, collaborating with AI, product, web, and DevOps teams.

The role emphasizes practical experience with SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, and multilingual capabilities, within a fast-growing international environment. Remote work across Europe is supported.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience fine-tuning open-weight LLMs.
• Strong Python proficiency.
• Experience with model evaluation and benchmarking.

Responsabilités

• Train and fine-tune open-weight LLMs to improve conversational quality.
• Develop and maintain post-training workflows (SFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
• Prepare clean training data and build evaluation frameworks.
• Deploy improved models to production and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with AI, product, and DevOps teams on integration.
