Job summary

Jobgether represents a partner company in the Netherlands seeking a Marketing Manager to own external voice and brand presence. You will produce technical content, manage social media, and lead marketing initiatives across channels in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will collaborate with founders, product, sales, and design to translate complex security research into compelling messaging and build a global cybersecurity presence from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Marketing, Social Media, Content or related hybrid role.
• Experience in cybersecurity or a closely related technical domain.
• Ability to create sophisticated technical content such as whitepapers or explainers.
• Strong track record in growing and engaging a professional audience on social media.
• Excellent English copywriting with strong tone and storytelling.
• Ability to translate complex tech topics into clear messaging.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to support content production and workflows.
• Experience managing content calendars and external contributors or contractors.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven collaboration with founders, product, sales, and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and refine marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Own external brand voice and presence across key channels.
• Create high-quality technical content: blog posts, explainers, research articles.
• Translate cybersecurity and AI topics into credible messaging for audiences.
• Develop content and media plans for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, blog, and website.
• Build relationships with cybersecurity media and communities.
• Identify trends and PR opportunities to boost visibility.
• Support conferences with announcements, coverage, and post-event content.
• Collaborate with founders, product, sales, and design teams on content.
• Manage content calendars, contractors, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Track performance, prepare monthly reports, and optimize activities.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation and workflows.
