Job summary

The role blends selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting with a strong emphasis on data and AI topics, requiring fluency in Dutch and English and entrepreneurial leadership within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in a consultancy environment.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and delivery engagements with existing and new clients.
• Direct commercial proposals with the team of Senior Managers and Managers.
• Achieve sales and delivery targets.
• Lead business delivery and team management at clients.
• Provide industry guidance, strategies and best practices.
