What are you going to do?
What will you do as a Remanufacturing Technician?
- Be responsible for determining the root failures of complex assembled electromechanics.
- Carry out repairs on those products to specification.
- Test and Analyse the devices by following instructions to perform the repairs.
- Report to your team leader and work with engineers and technicians to identify new failure modes, implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Help develop new repair instructions and follow hand-written and verbal instructions.
- Be confident using hand tools and computer-based electrical test equipment.
The position is located at the Tesla facility in Tilburg in The Netherlands. Please note Adecco does not provide housing or sponsorship for this position.
What do we offer?
- A gross salary of €16,96 per hour, which increases to € 22,39 per hour including 5% ADV and shift allowance.
- A full-time job from Monday to Friday, Weekly rotating shifts (3 shifts, morning, evening, and night) with a chance of overtime.
- 8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days per year.
- Participation in the pension scheme from day one.
- Work for a longer period, with a potential chance of conversion to a Tesla contract with a good performance in a short space of time! Around 50% of people hired by us get taken over directly.
- Travel allowance of € 0,25 per kilometer.

What do we ask?
- High school diploma or associate degree preferred; equivalent hands-on experience and demonstrated exceptional ability may be considered instead.
- Technical aptitude with experience in assembling, repairing, or troubleshooting electro-mechanical components, electric motors, or related systems is advantageous.
- Knowledge of high-voltage DC battery systems, basic electronics, and DC electrical systems is desirable.
- Experience working with semi-automated manufacturing equipment, precision measurement tools, electrical testing equipment, and computer-based databases is highly valued.
- Strong English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to interpret manufacturing instructions, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Reliable, proactive, quality focused, and innovative self starter who can perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, and safely lift up to 23 kg.
- Available for the rotating three shift pattern, Monday to Friday (6:00am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-06:00 AM).
