Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Remanufacturing Technician for Tesla in Tilburg, the Netherlands. You will diagnose root causes of failures in complex electromechanical assemblies and perform repairs to specification.

You will use hand tools and electrical testing equipment, and collaborate with engineers to improve repair instructions. The role offers full-time hours across a three-shift pattern, 8% holiday allowance, 24 vacation days, pension from day one, and a high chance of conversion to a Tesla

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree preferred; hands-on experience may be considered instead.
• Technical aptitude with experience in assembling, repairing, or troubleshooting electro-mechanical components, electric motors, or related systems is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions, electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Reliable, proactive, quality-focused self-starter who can perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg.

Responsibilities

• Determine root failures of complex assembled electromechanics.
• Carry out repairs on products to specification.
• Test and analyse devices by following instructions to perform repairs.
• Report to team leader and collaborate with engineers and technicians on failure modes and corrective actions.
• Help develop new repair instructions and follow written and verbal guidelines.
• Use hand tools and electrical test equipment safely.
