Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed technical college education.
• Experience in maintenance reliability in a production environment.
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and implement inventory management for spare parts.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and concepts.
• Organise preventive maintenance with multiple departments.
• Apply RCA, FMECA and Life Cycle Costing methods.
• Analyse maintenance and production data to find improvements.
• Monitor performance and prevent repeated failures.
• Participate in improvement projects and create troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers and manufacturing.
