Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision in Groningen is seeking a production operator to fabricate lenses in a sterile environment. You will perform precise, multi-stage manufacturing tasks and help ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role requires Dutch language proficiency, full-time availability for shift work, and a minimum MBO 3 diploma. VB- strong safety culture and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Min. MBO 3 diploma or demonstrable work level
• Work experience in a production environment is a plus
• VOG (certificate of conduct) required for work with medical products

Responsibilities

• Perform production operations across multiple stages (turning, milling, surface treatment, inspection)
• Monitor and adjust machines and processes to ensure product quality and safety
• Conduct precise visual and microscopic product checks and record data
• Follow GMP and site quality standards; comply with hygiene and safety rules
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to continuous improvements and problem solving
