Job summary

Orange Gaming is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to laws and regulations within a regulated sector. This role involves drafting policies, conducting audits, and promoting compliance awareness throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in law or a related field, along with two years of experience in compliance. Strong analytical and advisory skills in both Dutch and English are essential for this position.

As part of a small, professional team, you will report directly to the board and shape the compliance framework in a dynamic environment.

Meet Orange Gaming

On 1 November 2025, Orange Gaming B.V. received a Remote Gambling (KOA) licence to offer online casino games in the Netherlands. We operate in a strictly regulated market with an active supervisory authority and high requirements in the areas of responsible gaming, AML (Wwft), privacy and information security. As Compliance Manager, you play a crucial role in safeguarding – and being able to demonstrate – that Orange Gaming complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

You’ll score as Compliance Manager at Orange Gaming by:

• Ensuring that Orange Gaming complies with the Dutch Betting and Gaming Act (Wok), KOA Decree & Regulation, Responsible Gaming Policy Rules, Wwft and GDPR
• Identifying, interpreting and implementing new or amended regulations (with a focus on KOA and Wwft)
• Drafting, updating and rolling out policies, procedures and internal guidelines
• Performing compliance audits, risk analyses and periodic controls, and following up on findings
• Answering questions from the Dutch Gambling Authority and other external stakeholders, and handling notifications and requests in a timely manner
• Promoting compliance awareness within the organisation, for example through advice and internal trainings
• Recording and following up on (potential) non-compliance issues and driving structural solutions
• Submitting reports of unusual transactions to the FIU and overseeing the Wwft framework
• Supporting privacy and information security processes (including privacy controls and ISMS/quality framework)

You will be part of a small, professional team that works closely with operations, risk, legal, IT and marketing. In this role, you are an integral part of internal oversight and report directly to the board.

What you bring:

• At least a bachelor’s level of working and thinking (HBO), preferably a completed degree in law, public administration, compliance or a similar field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in compliance, legal, risk or audit within a regulated sector (e.g. financial services, gambling, fintech or payments)
• Demonstrable knowledge of or strong affinity with: Remote Gambling Act (KOA), Wwft and GDPR
• Experience in performing audits, setting up controls and working with risk-based approaches
• Strong analytical skills, persuasiveness and solid advisory skills
• An independent, integer and decisive attitude: you are not afraid to take a position and explain it within a commercial environment
• Excellent command of Dutch & English, both spoken and written
