Swift seeks a Head of Regional Security to lead physical security, investment planning and risk management for regional operations. The role requires credibility with government and regulators and the ability to oversee major security programmes at critical infrastructure sites.

You will set regional security strategy, budgets, governance, audits and incident response, directing a team and partnering with legal, HR, operations and IT/cyber to embed security across the business.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in a management role leading security investment projects in regulated environments.
• Experience with governance, risk frameworks and security reporting to regulators.
• Strong ability to engage government bodies and senior executives.

• Strategic Leadership: develop and own regional security strategy aligned to group model.
• Lead major security investment projects and ensure value for money.
• Oversee Critical Infrastructure assets and regulator relationships.
