Job summary

Swift seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to shape and drive an AI-enabled Vulnerability Management program in a global, regulated environment. You will define strategy and implement AI-based discovery, prioritization, and remediation workflows across security teams.

The role requires deep expertise in vulnerability management, collaboration across SOC, Threat Intelligence, and IT operations, and a track record of delivering measurable risk reductions using AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, CS, info systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity domains.
• Strong experience in Vulnerability/Exposure/Attack Surface Management and security operations.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment platforms (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7) or ServiceNow VR.
• Experience applying AI/ML, predictive analytics to cybersecurity use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Vulnerability Management AI strategy and roadmap.
• Provide thought leadership on applying AI to vulnerability management.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to advance CTEM and exposure management capabilities.
• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled vulnerability solutions.
• Develop intelligent automation to streamline triage, assignment, and reporting.
