Job summary

Cordis in the Netherlands is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth in key accounts for Cardiology and Endovascular products. You will develop and execute regional commercial strategies, manage bids and tenders, and build strong relationships with clinicians and administrators to secure long-term contracts.

The role requires Dutch and English fluency, a pragmatic, relationship-driven approach, and willingness to travel within the territory to advance Cordis' market leadership.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating contact with key clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in the territory.
• Gaining contractual commitment for long-term use of Cordis products.
• Maintaining and growing the business in key accounts, with focus on SELUTION in Cardiology/Endovascular.
• Ensuring Cordis is the partner of choice in Cardiology/Endovascular.
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy priorities for your region.
• Collaborate with the Bids & Tender team for price offers.
• Analyze data to determine upside and downside potential.
• Identify key stakeholders and negotiate long-term contracts.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to maximize opportunities.
• Plan and manage visits with field time aligned to stakeholders.
• Monitor tenders/contracts with Country lead/GM.
• Ensure agreements meet pricing strategy and approvals.
• Prioritize accounts and targets.
• Maintain/update information for key accounts and action plans.
