Job summary

OrderYOYO group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across your region, leading a field team of 4–10 Business Development Managers and aligning regional activities with commercial objectives.

You will partner with internal stakeholders to maximize regional performance, while managing restaurant acquisitions, activation, engagement, and profitability. A proactive, adaptable leader who builds strong relationships will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Regional Leadership: analyze market opportunities and challenges; acquire restaurants and ensure smooth onboarding; maximize revenue and profitability of existing partners; monitor and optimize marketing activities; ensure operational excellence and manage key accounts.
• Team Leadership: provide daily leadership and support to your team of 4–8 Business Development Managers; lead by example through active field presence; conduct regular meetings and coaching sessions; support team development; participate in recruitment and onboarding; foster collaboration and growth.
• General Responsibilities: proactively identify opportunities for process and performance improvement; promote a motivating and supportive work environment.
